I know there is something to be said here about how deeply I feel the lack of travel, thanks to the pandemic. Add to that that I know how lucky I am and what a privilege it is to be able to travel anyway. Sprinkle in how the stress of pandemic has often times meant not being in a good headspace for reading. If my math is correct, I keep ending up at being trapped in my apartment-box with nowhere to go.
That is not the purpose of this video. The purpose of this video is that I did read two books that made me think about how fictional worlds allow us to explore our own. Hooray for books!
